> Florida Chargers, LLC is a certified Tesla commercial EV charging reseller and installer serving apartments, condos, offices, and hotels across Florida and the Southeast. We design, install, manage, and maintain networked Level 2 charging — turnkey, with no work for your team.

Florida Chargers is a veteran-owned company based in Winter Garden, Florida. We install the Tesla Universal Wall Connector (Level 2, NACS plus built-in J1772), which charges every EV on the road. Because our chargers list on the Tesla app, nearby drivers are routed to your property — turning idle parking into new guests and recurring revenue.

We serve property owners, HOAs, asset managers, and operators in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

## What we offer
One turnkey install — Florida Chargers designs, installs, and manages your EV charging — with a choice of how to own it. Specific economics are confirmed during a free site assessment.

- **Own it** — The property purchases and owns the installation and chargers outright, keeps all the charging revenue, and claims available incentives. Florida Chargers manages the network, billing, monitoring, driver support, and on-site maintenance.
- **Share the revenue** — Florida Chargers co-invests and owns/operates the chargers. The property pays less upfront and earns a share of the charging revenue. We handle everything end-to-end.

Financing is available for qualified properties to lease the electrical infrastructure and installation with no money down.

## Pricing
Typical installed cost ranges $5,000–$8,000 per port before incentives. Price depends on trenching distance from the electrical panel, available panel capacity, pedestal vs. wall-mounted chargers, number of chargers (shared infrastructure scales), and site surface (soft/landscaped vs. hard/concrete).

Available utility and federal incentive programs are factored into each proposal.

## Incentives we help you capture
We help identify and capture available utility make-ready programs (such as FPL and Duke Energy programs in their territories) and federal tax incentives, and we factor available programs into each proposal. Specific eligibility and amounts are determined per site and project structure.

## How it works
1. Free site assessment (on-site or remote) to size the install and check electrical capacity.
2. We design, permit, build, and energize — engineering, install, utility coordination, and commissioning. Typically 6–12 weeks from agreement to energized.
3. You earn revenue. We run networked billing, monitoring, driver support, and on-site maintenance.
